Before recording
Our aim is to make reliable health information easier to understand. A clear, practical conversation is usually more useful than a formal lecture. Our Editorial Standards explain how we choose, verify, and maintain the health information we publish.
- Please keep your answers medically accurate, easy to follow, and suitable for a general audience.
- Do not share a patient's name, image, records, or any detail that could identify them.
- Tell us about any commercial relationship or other interest that may be relevant to the topic.
- Please make clear that the interview is general education, not personal medical advice.
- Tell our team exactly how your name, qualifications, and designation should appear.
What you are giving us permission to do
By taking part, you allow ODICAST Digital LLP, which operates Swasthya Plus, to record and use your name, voice, image, professional details, and interview answers. This permission covers the following:
Record
Film and record your interview, including your voice, image, name, qualifications, and professional details.
Edit
Edit for length and clarity; add captions, graphics, or music; and create clips, articles, audio, translations, dubbed versions, and other formats.
Publish
Share the content on websites, television, social platforms, audio, print, learning products, and other present or future media.
Work with partners
Provide or license the content to media, education, research, and technology partners, including for technology and AI-enabled products and services.
ODICAST Digital LLP owns the interview recording and the edited versions and other content it creates from your contribution. We may publish, distribute, and use this content worldwide without a time limit, earn revenue from it, and allow partners to use it.
We will not knowingly edit your contribution in a way that changes its meaning.
Reviewing your main video
When the main video is ready, we will send you a private preview. The review is for the points below, rather than production or stylistic preferences.
- Medical accuracy: the health information is factually accurate.
- Your details: your name, qualifications, and designation are correct.
- Fair representation: the edit has not changed the meaning of what you said.
After approval
Once the main video is approved, we may publish it and create the clips, translations, articles, audio, graphics, and other versions described above. We do not normally send each later version for a new approval. If an important factual issue is found, please contact the team member who arranged your interview so we can review it promptly.
Questions or special circumstances
If anything is unclear, please ask the Swasthya Plus team member who contacted you before you agree or before recording begins.
